According to CoinMeta, and as reported by The Guardian in the UK, sailors on the US aircraft carrier USS Lincoln have attempted to jump into the sea multiple times during their prolonged deployment. Previously, two authoritative military media outlets, The Navy Times and Stars and Stripes, had reported that due to the harsh conditions and psychological stress on board the Lincoln, there had been several incidents of sailors attempting to commit suicide by jumping into the sea. The crew of this ship has been on continuous duty at sea for 250 days without making any port calls, setting a record for modern aircraft carriers.
