According to CoinMeta, BNB Chain announced that the BSC Pasteur hard fork will be officially activated on August 25, 2026, at 10:30 (UTC +8). This upgrade includes BEP-682 to fix cross-chain bridge verification vulnerabilities, BEP-695 to improve the verifier key rotation mechanism, and BEP-675 to optimize the block construction process. The test network TPS has been increased from 1237 to 2324, and the average block gas utilization rate has risen from 46.35m to 84.15m.
