According to CoinMeta, as reported by GoPlusSecurity, Trezor has confirmed that its logistics supplier ShipMonk experienced a data breach, resulting in the exposure of the full names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses of 11,742 customers, with additional partial data of 1,947 customers also being compromised. This breach only affected orders placed between May 10 and August 8, 2026. Users should be cautious: 1. Do not click on any suspicious links; always verify the authenticity of the source. 2. Be alert to parcels that may have been replaced with malicious hardware wallets and to potential physical threats related to these addresses. 3. Upon receiving your devices, check for tamper-proof seals, packaging, the source of the firmware, and the initialization process; do not use pre-loaded mnemonic phrases. 4. Follow basic security guidelines: do not boast about your assets online, and avoid permanently linking your identity to your mailing address.
