NVIDIA Discloses Holding Approximately $21 Billion in Shares of SpaceX to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission

According to CoinMeta, NVIDIA submitted documents to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission disclosing that as of the end of June, it held approximately 123 million shares of SpaceX, with a book value of about $21 billion. Due to stock price fluctuations, the current valuation is around $17 billion. NVIDIA completed its investment in XAI in January, followed by the merger of XAI and SpaceX. Elon Musk, the CEO of SpaceX, stated that the data centers of SpaceX will adopt the NVIDIA Vera Rubin architecture. NVIDIA has invested over $100 billion in companies such as CoreWeave, Thinking Machines, and Safe Superintelligence. SpaceX plans to increase the scale of its data centers to nearly 10GW by the end of 2027.
