According to CoinMeta, Liquid AI has launched a local privacy filter that can remove up to 40 types of sensitive information at once, including names, phone numbers, identification numbers, bank card details, and API keys. It supports 16 languages and can run directly locally. The model has 350 million parameters and has been tested against OpenAI's privacy filter in six sets of tests. The results show that it outperformed OpenAI's model in five of those tests. The weights of this model have been made available, and users can download it directly from Hugging Face.
