Robinhood Ventures Fund II Listed on the New York Stock Exchange

According to CoinMeta, Robinhood's second venture capital fund – Robinhood Ventures Fund II (referred to as RVII) officially listed on the New York Stock Exchange on Thursday. The fund issued 80,000 shares at a price of $25 per share through IPO, raising a total of $225.5 million, with the aim of providing retail investors with a channel to invest in early-stage and growth-oriented private startups. RVII will focus on investing in current and former companies from the Y Combinator accelerator program, while Y Combinator has previously invested in companies including cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase, social platform Reddit, and OpenAI.
