Chainlink Whales transfer $9.2 million to Coinbase, concluding a 30-day buying cycle

According to CoinMeta, a major Chainlink ( LINK ) investor has concluded a 30-day accumulation period and transferred 984,550 tokens to the US exchange Coinbase, worth approximately $9.23 million. This move has disturbed the market calmness, causing concerns among crypto market participants about potential sell-offs. Over the past month, this investor systematically withdrew tokens from a hot wallet at Binance, accumulating around 2.41 million LINK. Currently, this whale wallet still holds 1.43 million LINK, valued at about $13.43 million, with the unrealized profit on the remaining position estimated at $1.42 million. This transfer coincides with a key technical turning point on the LINK / USD chart, where the token is attempting to break through its long-term downward trend since the 2024-2025 peak, having recently found a local bottom at $6.35. If the $9.2 million transferred this time enters the Coinbase order book, LINK could fall back to the support range of $8.20-8.50.
