Chainalysis sues the U.S. government, with TRM Labs intervening as a co-defendant in the lawsuit

According to CoinMeta, Chainalysis, government, and solutions have filed a lawsuit against the U.S. government in the U.S. Federal Claims Court, alleging that the Department of Homeland Security/Immigration and Customs Enforcement (DHS/ICE) skipped the competitive bidding process when awarding a contract to TRM Labs and requesting the court to stop such behavior. TRM Labs has joined the lawsuit as an intervenor to defend the award of the contract, with oral arguments scheduled for September 2nd.
