According to CoinMeta, the price of Bitcoin ($BTC) remained above $63,501.46 on Monday, showing a 0.8% increase from last week. Despite the lack of any obvious catalysts, this trend seems to be related to the performance of the U.S. stock market, with the Nasdaq 100 index futures rising by 0.5% to reach their highest point since July 2nd. It is worth noting that last week there was a net outflow of $3.9 million in ETF, which is the first time in three consecutive days since the end of July and also the largest weekly outflow in six weeks. Ethereum ($ETH) saw limited inflows, while Solana ($SOL) managed to move against the trend, recording the largest weekly inflow since mid-May. In a broader context, regarding the "Clear Act," the research director of Galaxy Research, Alex Thorn, has downgraded the probability of this act becoming law in 2026 to about 10%.
