According to CoinMeta, the Monad Foundation has completed a liquidity plan for early investors. This plan allowed the foundation to repurchase a maximum of $60 million worth of locked MON tokens at a discounted price. The repurchased MON tokens were subject to the original lock-up period, but nearly all holders refused to participate, and thus the plan has been officially terminated.
