According to CoinMeta, the Nasdaq index declined due to heightened concerns over conflicts in the Middle East, which led to a slight drop in U.S. Treasury yields, although long-term yields remain near multi-year highs. The yield on 30-year Treasuries once reached a level not seen since 2007. Oil prices rose for the third consecutive day due to bleak prospects for a peace agreement between the United States and Iran. U.S. crude oil prices increased by 0.82% to $85.17 per barrel, while Brent crude oil prices rose by 0.55% to $91.37 per barrel. Despite recent weak U.S. economic data, the market still expects the Federal Reserve to raise interest rates by 68% in December. Analysts point out that persistent inflation could accelerate the pace of rate hikes.
