According to CoinMeta, Nebius's stock fell 7.6% on Wednesday due to the company's announcement of plans to raise $4.5 billion through convertible senior notes, closing at around $248.43, with a decline of over 7% in pre-market trading. Despite the drop in stock price, Nebius has still risen by nearly 200% since 2026, reflecting investors' strong enthusiasm for AI's infrastructure. The company plans to issue $2.75 billion in notes, with the notes maturing in 2023 to be used for expanding data center capacity, developing a full-stack AI cloud platform, and purchasing the necessary GPU and other computing equipment.
