According to CoinMeta, Grayscale recently submitted its fourth amendment, planning to convert the Zcash trust into an exchange-traded fund (ETF), while disclosing that a subsidiary of its parent company, the digital currency group DCG, is considering investing approximately 200,000 ZEC, which is currently valued at around $110 million. As per the registration statement submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on August 18th, Grayscale plans to list the converted trust shares on NYSE Arca; the existing ZCSH ticker will continue to be used. The amendment also indicates that DCG International Investments Ltd, as a potential investor, is discussing the purchase of shares representing about 200,000 ZEC. Grayscale emphasizes that no binding purchase agreement has been reached yet, and the final transaction amount may differ significantly from the discussed figure.
