According to CoinMeta, Claude Code has recently launched a built-in Concise output style, allowing users to choose to omit introductions, process repetitions, and redundant summaries when using it. This update is aimed at addressing user feedback regarding Claude being too talkative, especially with regard to lengthy responses to simple questions. The founder of Claude Code, Boris Cherny, stated that Concise is merely a temporary patch, and the team is still working on a long-term fix; the specific plan has not yet been announced.
