According to CoinGecko data, the price of HYPE has risen by 21.3% on the daily chart and by 25% on the weekly chart, with an increase of over 70% in the past year. HYPE is now close to its historical high of $76.87, just about 6% short. This price increase occurred after President Trump hinted that Hyperliquid exchanges might enter the US market. During a recent event, Trump stated that the chairman of CFTC, Mike Selig, is "working hard" to introduce Hyperliquid to the United States in a "completely compliant and legal manner."
