This data will be used to recruit talents in cutting-edge technology fields such as AI, cryptography, and decentralized systems. Once the transaction is completed, Talent Protocol will cease its commercial operations, and its Builder Score self-service application will be converted into a public product. The legal entity of Talent Protocol and the Talent tokens are not part of the transaction scope.
