NVIDIA Spends $6 Billion to Obtain Licensing for the Poolside Model

According to CoinMeta, NVIDIA will pay $6 billion to Poolside to obtain a non-exclusive license for the development system of model and factory models, and will issue offer to 109 researchers and developers. In addition, NVIDIA will make an additional investment of $1 billion, raising the pre-investment valuation of Poolside to $12 billion, while the company will maintain its independent operations.
