According to CoinMeta, institutional analysis indicates that due to the uncertainty in the Middle East situation, the Nikkei 225 index recorded a decline on Friday, and it is expected to experience its worst week in over a month. As of the noon close, the Nikkei 225 index fell by 0.3%, with the cumulative decline for this week expected to reach 4%, which is the largest single-week decline since the end of the week on July 17th. The broader TOPIX index also fell by 0.1%, and a weekly decline of 3.4% is anticipated. Nomura Securities strategist Maki Sawada stated, "In the context of uncertain Middle East situations, as oil prices and bond yields rise, profit-taking is likely to occur this weekend."
