According to CoinMeta, according to a survey by Reuters / Ipsos, 63% of Americans believe that Trump and his family should not have profited from cryptocurrencies during their time as president. The survey was conducted from August 14 to 17 and involved 1,166 American adults, with an error margin of about 3 percentage points. The survey showed that 69% of Republicans considered Trump's earnings from cryptocurrencies to be appropriate, while 92% of Democrats believed it was not. In addition, 69% of respondents believed that Trump's business interests influenced his presidential decisions. Trump's cryptocurrency projects generated revenue of $1.4 billion last year.
