Injective Institutional Service Department Registered as SEC Securities Transfer Agent

According to CoinMeta, the institutional services department of Injective has registered as a securities transfer agent with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), becoming the first blockchain project in Layer to achieve this status. This department can tokenize assets such as institutional funds, stocks of listed companies, shares of private companies, and corporate accounts receivable. In addition, Injective has launched a related market and put the tokenization asset issuance platform Injective Mint Alpha into operation. In July, POSCO International and LG CNS chose Injective to carry out a trade financing pilot, with plans to tokenize international trade accounts receivable and to complete the transfer, management, and settlement of these tokens.
