According to CoinMeta, the Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission has issued the "Action Plan for Promoting the High-Quality Development of Internet and Information Enterprises (2026-2030)," which proposes to accelerate legislation in emerging fields such as artificial intelligence, anti-network violence, digital economy, online platforms, and blockchain. It also calls for the revision of the "Internet Information Service Management Measures," the formulation of a Telecommunications Law, a Network Crime Prevention and Control Law, and regulations on network security level protection, as well as to standardize administrative inspections of internet and information-related enterprises.
