Blockworks Analyst: Kraken or testing the Hyperliquid compliance HIP-3 function

According to CoinMeta, analyst Shaunda Devens stated that the Hyperliquid test network has added compliance features that allow deployers to cancel orders, force liquidations, and transfer collateral. The test account Kraken HIP-3Test DEX has added 10 wallets to the whitelist and registered Kraken Exchange Validator. Considering the behavior of Hypercore in expanding Xstocks, Kraken may be one of the first centralized exchanges to test the permission-based features of Hypercore.
