According to CoinMeta, Vercel has launched new features named is and agentic, which are specifically designed to assess the accessibility of websites to AI and agent. These features perform over 100 indicators of evaluation by entering a website address, assessing whether the user can detect, read, understand, and actually utilize that website, and ultimately provide a score ranging from 0 to 100. The underlying scanning is provided by the agent website evaluation platform ora, and Vercel aggregates and presents the results based on its own criteria. The assessment covers not only robots.txt and llms.txt files but also server-side rendering, HTTP responses, page structure, and operable buttons. If a website provides API, OAuth, GraphQL, or MCP, the availability of these interfaces is also further checked. After the scan is complete, users can view the actual paths and issues encountered during their visit to the website; each issue comes with evidence and recommendations for fixes. It is also possible to generate a prompt report that can be directly submitted to coding and agent for modifications. On average, the scanned websites, which number over 14,000, scored only 34 points, with 77% of the websites rated as D or F, indicating that most websites are not yet well-prepared for AI and agent.
