The Management Committee of Haikou National High-Tech Zone signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with H3C Technologies Co., Ltd. to jointly promote the implementation of this project. At the same time, the Hainan token Industrial Ecology Alliance was also launched simultaneously, and Unigroup Yaochen (Hainan) Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was inaugurated. Under the agreement, both parties will cooperate in five major areas: cross-border computing power services, digital industry ecosystem, industrial investment promotion and operation, industry-education talent cultivation, and intelligent manufacturing of computing power hardware.
