According to CoinMeta, Nvidia currently has a market value of $5.28 trillion and is trading at its lowest valuation in five years. The company will release its financial report on Wednesday. It expects revenue of $91 billion this quarter, excluding sales from its data centers in China. According to Bank of America data, its customers' AI order backlog amounts to $2.3 trillion, and the value of Nvidia's orders for 2026 and 2027 is $1 trillion. Nvidia informed its largest customers this week that it expects the price of AI servers to rise by more than 15% due to soaring costs of memory chips. The company paid $6 billion to acquire the AI model license from startup Poolside and has sent out job offers to over 100 employees. Nvidia has also collaborated with Blackstone, Morgan Stanley, and KKR to mobilize over $500 billion for AI infrastructure financing. In addition, a $2.5 billion investigation into Chinese smuggling has just cleared its executives. Although the stock price has only risen by 21% this year, the semiconductor industry as a whole has increased by 63%. Polymarket predicts a 95% probability that Nvidia will once again exceed Wall Street's profit forecasts.
