J.P and Morgan question the bond solution of Bessent

According to CoinMeta, J.P and Morgan recently raised doubts about the bond solution proposed by Finance Minister Scott Bessent, pointing out that while it may alleviate pressure in the short term, it is essentially just a rearrangement of the debt maturities. According to Reuters, on August 18th, the yield on 30-year government bonds reached a 19-year high of 5.34%. On August 19th, public debt exceeded $40 trillion for the first time. The Treasury Department announced that it would increase the scale of bond repurchases supported by liquidity from $2 billion to $4 billion, with the plan to carry out this between September 9th and November 4th. Although long-term bond yields have declined in the short term, market confidence in this intervention measure is still insufficient, which may lead investors to demand a higher risk premium.
