According to CoinMeta, Xiaomi Group (01810. HK) announced the launch of China's first 3nm intelligent driving high-performance AI chip, the Xuanjie D100. This chip utilizes 3nm advanced manufacturing processes and is equipped with a powerful combination of 20-core high-performance CPU and 16-core high-computing NPU cores. It can support up to 160GB of unified memory and is capable of locally deploying ultra-large models with 200B parameters. The Xuanjie D100 chip has been developed and is expected to be commercially available next year.
