Analyst: Six German banks approved for MICA licenses, bringing the total authorized number to 79

According to CoinMeta, Germany has further expanded its leading position in terms of authorization within the European Union. Six new cooperative banks have joined the latest registration, bringing the total number of licensed crypto asset service providers in the country to 79. The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) updated its temporary registration for crypto asset markets on Friday, and the total number of authorized crypto asset service providers in Europe has risen to 331. Compared to the update on August 12th, the six new providers are all German cooperative banks. The number of authorized providers in Germany is twice that of France, which ranks second with 35.
