U.S. authorities charged him with fraud in April. CFTC submitted a friend of the court statement to the court, and Gannon Ken Van Dyke's lawyer filed documents with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on Monday, opposing CFTC's involvement in the criminal case. Gannon Ken Van Dyke has not pleaded guilty to any of the charges, and the criminal trial is not expected to begin until late 2026 or early 2027 at the earliest.
