According to CoinMeta, and as reported by the Financial Times, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has issued subpoenas to Wall Street banks to investigate matters related to a hedge fund focused on Leopold Aschenbrenner. The fund nearly collapsed in July and subsequently reached an agreement with Citadel.
