According to CoinMeta, in response to rumors of a potential listing in the U.S., Dunamu stated that the company has already contacted the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), but no decision has been made regarding a listing in the U.S. yet, nor has the company converted its financial reporting standards to U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Dunamu plans to complete the share exchange with Naver Financial by December 31st. Both parties intend to establish a committee by the end of the year to advance the listing process, although the specific country and market for the listing have not yet been determined.
