According to CoinMeta, NVIDIA officially launched the Vera CPU at the GTC conference, positioning it as the first processor designed specifically for Agent AI and reinforcement learning. As AI expands from generation and inference to Agent autonomous action, the workflow requirements for planning tasks, calling tools, executing code, and verifying results have surged. NVIDIA claims that the Vera features 88 self-developed Olympus cores, with a memory bandwidth of up to 1.2TB/s. In tasks such as Agent, reinforcement learning, and data processing, the completion speed of Vera tasks can reach up to 1.8 times that of x86 CPU. The SpaceX AI will also deploy Vera CPU for running the next generation of AI Agent.
