According to CoinMeta, the Ethereum community has released a deposit contract proposal EIP that supports post-quantum computing, introducing a new contract that supports variable-length public keys and credential metadata, as well as the scheme identifier. Deposit information is transmitted to the consensus layer through EIP-7685 log-derived execution requests, and an irreversible mode controlled by the protocol system is set up to manage the activation and deactivation of BLS deposits. Clients executing these requests need to merge the deposit requests from both the old and new contracts.
