According to CoinMeta, the account suspected to be the “819 insider whale” with the handle ETH has achieved a floating profit of 11.5 million US dollars, doubling its principal. About one hour before the price of ETH started to rise on August 19th, this account placed a large order for 38.72 million US dollars at once and has not reduced its holdings of ETH since then, with the floating profit expanding to 11.5 million US dollars. As of press time, the price of ETH is 2,509.8 US dollars, representing a gain of about 29.6% from its purchase cost of 1,936 US dollars. This account continues to hold 20,000 units of ETH with a full position, with the value of its long position rising to approximately 50.196 million US dollars, resulting in a return rate of 118.6%. This new account was activated on August 19th and received 20 million US dollars in three transactions from the same source within about two minutes. Subsequently, at 20:52, it placed a large order for 20,000 units of ETH at once. Less than an hour before the main upward trend of ETH began, there were no additional orders, reductions in position, or stop-loss orders placed.
