According to CoinMeta, billionaire investor Tim Draper supports a new accelerator aimed at transforming startups based on Cardano into companies ready for investment. Draper University has partnered with Cardano and Orion funds to launch the APEX Growth Accelerator, with applications closing on September 1st and the program set to begin on October 5th. This initiative is designed specifically for startups that already have a solid foundation, and Draper University refers to these “investor-ready startups” as part of the growth accelerator program. The project is supported by the Orion fund, which is an $80 million ecosystem fund launched by Cardano and Draper Dragon, specifically invested in companies built around Cardano. Draper University serves as an acceleration partner for this fund, helping to create a pipeline of startups that may ultimately receive funding from the Draper Network.
