According to CoinMeta, Kalshi announced that it had raised approximately $1.12 billion through equity financing since April. The latest U.S. securities documents show that there is still about $380 million available, bringing the total financing to nearly $1.5 billion. A securities filing submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 25 indicates that the company's valuation has reached $22 billion.
