According to CoinMeta, Moonlit Side is reportedly in talks with Microsoft, Amazon, and Google regarding revenue-sharing agreements, with the aim of allowing these American cloud computing giants to host its Kimi K3 model. If an agreement is reached, it could become the first significant revenue-sharing deal between a Chinese artificial intelligence company and major American cloud computing firms. Moonlit Side seeks to obtain up to 30% of the revenue generated from services related to K3 on Microsoft’s Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Google Cloud. In addition, Moonlit Side has already signed similar agreements with some smaller cloud platforms, and Alibaba is also seeking to reach revenue-sharing agreements with key users of its new open-source AI model.
