AI Infrastructure Stocks: How to Invest Beyond Nvidia and Broadcom
2026-08-26 23:36:20
According to CoinMeta, as reported by Coinpaper, investment opportunities in AI infrastructure stocks are expanding, surpassing those in Nvidia and Broadcom. Nvidia remains the largest name in the AI hardware sector, but the prosperity of infrastructure has far surpassed that of GPU. Investors can gain exposure through areas such as networking, memory, power, cooling, and data centers, which may benefit from the growing computing demands of AI. Nvidia's data center revenue reached $75.2 billion in the first quarter of the 2027 fiscal year, a year-on-year increase of 92%. The International Energy Agency expects global data center power consumption to rise from about 485 terawatt-hours in 2025 to about 950 terawatt-hours by 2030, and data center power consumption is expected to nearly double by 2030, which could benefit companies that supply electrical equipment and cooling systems. Coinpaper's analysis suggests that investors should focus on AI growth efficiency, namely the ratio of AI related revenue growth to forward P/E ratios, to assess the value of different companies within the AI stack.
