He pointed out that all Iranian nuclear facilities that have been subject to military attacks had previously been registered with the IAEA and inspected. The fact that the agency has not condemned these attacks has raised doubts about its capability and independence. The United States and Israel are exerting pressure to require the agency to visit the damaged Iranian nuclear facilities in order to assess the results of their military strikes. Iran will not accept the IAEA's requests to inspect these facilities until the safety regulations stipulated by Iranian parliamentary law are in place.
