CrowdStrike Q2 Financial Report: CRWD Stock Price Rises Due to Record ARR Growth

According to CoinMeta, the second-quarter financial report released by CrowdStrike shows that the stock price of CRWD rose by more than 10% driven by record annual recurring revenue growth ( ARR ). The company's revenue in the second quarter increased by 26% year-on-year, reaching $1.47 billion, exceeding analysts' expectations of $1.44 billion, and the adjusted earnings per share were $0.31, which was higher than the market consensus of $0.29. Subscription revenue grew by 27%, reaching $1.4 billion, driving the company to achieve $332.8 million in annual new recurring revenue, setting a new historical high for the quarter. Total ARR reached $5.84 billion at the end of July, with a year-on-year increase of 25%. The number of customers using Falcon Flex exceeded $2.29 billion, with a year-on-year increase of 101%. CrowdStrike expects its revenue for the 2027 fiscal year to be between $5.991 billion and $6.011 billion, and third-quarter revenue is expected to be between $1.523 billion and $1.529 billion.
