The Crypto Fear & Greed Index has risen from below 40 to 80, indicating that investors have adopted a more positive risk appetite. The gap between Ethereum's 7-day and 30-day moving averages has narrowed, and if the 7-day average breaks above the 30-day average, it will confirm a bullish momentum. Ethereum's weekly outlook has shifted from bearish to bullish, with a medium-term target of $2,800; a breakout above $2,200 is seen as a potential buying signal. If Ethereum remains above $2,200 and breaks through $2,800, the long-term target is close to $5,400.
