According to CoinMeta, Nvidia could become the next catalyst for stock price growth by increasing dividends and share repurchases, similar to Apple. Nvidia returned a record $26 billion to shareholders in the second fiscal quarter, of which $20 billion was through share repurchases and $6 billion was in the form of a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share. Compared to its plan to return more than 50% of free cash flow to shareholders, Nvidia has already returned 60% so far this year. Analyst Mark Lipacis expects that Nvidia will return $115 billion in cash to shareholders by 2026 and reach $230 billion by 2027. Nvidia reported an adjusted earnings per share of $2.22 and revenue of $96.2 billion in the second quarter, both exceeding market expectations. Nvidia predicts that revenue in the third quarter will be between $105.8 billion and $110.1 billion, with the market expecting $105.1 billion. Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang indicates that revenue is expected to grow by 70% by the 2028 fiscal year.
