The proposal states that MWIN is aimed at whitelist institutions and qualified investors, with underlying assets including CLO, CMBS, RMBS, ABS, and investment-grade corporate bonds, among others. These assets are currently undergoing independent risk assessments, and the risk parameters will be disclosed before the vote on Snapshot.
