According to CoinMeta, as reported by The Korea Times, Future Asset has set a digital asset business target of 150 trillion Korean won (about $109 billion), covering cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, physical assets, and tokenized securities. Park Hyun-joo, the founder and chairman of Future Asset, introduced this strategy to the employees of Digital X at an event in Seoul. The financial group plans to develop its digital asset business around four areas: cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, physical assets, and security tokens. Future Asset also intends to digitize physical and financial assets, including gold, silver, and electricity. Digital X, formerly known as Korbit, will become the main operational base for this strategy. Future Asset will use its 1500 trillion Korean won in customer assets as the foundation for its digital asset business, with a target of capturing about 10% of this amount. Park Hyun-joo stated, "Our initial goal is to make Digital X a core pillar of 'Future Asset 3.0'."
