Hashkey Group Plans to Acquire a License from a Singapore Clearing House to Build Central Settlement Capabilities

According to CoinMeta, on August 28th, Hashkey Group disclosed its intention to acquire the clearinghouse license held by Singapore's Apex in order to build central settlement capabilities for the institutional market and provide infrastructure support for the trading and settlement of tokenized stocks, funds, bonds, and other assets. Hashkey plans to complete the overall architecture construction within this year and officially commence operations next year. Meanwhile, Hashkey Exchange has launched an institutional-level product, Hashkey Pro, which encompasses six major business modules: comprehensive accounts, contracts, lending, custody, OTC, and financial management. Xiao Feng, the chairman and also CEO, stated that asset tokenization is becoming the second growth curve for the digital asset industry.
