According to CoinMeta, the baseline revision of non-farm payroll data shows that the number of jobs decreased by 79,000 last year. There were previously serious concerns regarding the baseline revision of non-farm payroll data, which led to a reduction of 91,000 jobs. In the latest version, the market consensus was for an increase of 183,000 jobs, but in reality, the number of jobs as of the end of March decreased by 79,000, resulting in an average monthly loss of 6,600 jobs. Notably, the number of jobs in the private sector decreased by 178,000, mainly affected by retail trade. This data sends a dovish signal regarding the current state of the job market, but it should be noted that this is only a preliminary revision, with the final data to be released in January.
