Analyst: BTC Rejects $81,500; Whales Build a Huge Selling Wall at $81K
2026-08-29 03:02:37
According to CoinMeta, BTC rebounded briefly to $81,500 before falling back to $79,300, failing to maintain the crucial support level of $80,000. This is the second time this week that it has not been able to hold that level. The market was waiting for Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell (Kevin Warsh) to deliver his first speech at Jackson Hole. After BTC broke through $81,000, it lost momentum, and prices subsequently slipped downward.
