According to CoinMeta, the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission has listed Starbridge Capital and its affiliated companies as unlicensed entities, prohibiting them from engaging in regulated activities or promoting services to the public in Hong Kong. Starbridge Capital experienced an abnormal margin call incident in London gold trading, and its Hong Kong office has since been abandoned. Some funds were deposited through USDT, which has increased the difficulty of tracking them. The Hong Kong police have taken up this case and have temporarily classified it as fraud.
