Turkey has expressed its reaction to the incident and warned about the necessity of ensuring the safety of people, property, navigation, and the environment in the Black Sea. Recently, there have been several attacks on Turkish merchant vessels in the Black Sea, including an attack on a vessel operated by a Turkish company on August 26, as well as two attacks on Turkish merchant vessels on August 22 that resulted in one crew member's death and eight people being injured.
