According to CoinMeta, the current stock trading price of Oracle ( ORCL ) is 56.4% lower than its 52-week high of $345.72 set on September 10, 2025. In the past three months, Oracle's stock has fallen by 26%, but it still outperforms the S&P 500 index ($ SPX ), which has only risen by 2%. Over the past 52 weeks, Oracle's stock has declined by 37.2%, while the S&P 500 index has risen by 18.6%. Oracle has not performed well in the past year due to concerns about the huge costs associated with its AI infrastructure expansion. Oracle raised $43 billion in debt during the 2026 fiscal year and is expected to raise another approximately $40 billion in the 2027 fiscal year, including a planned $20 billion equity issuance. Despite these challenges, 44 analysts have a "strong buy" consensus on Oracle, with an average target price of $251.50, indicating a potential increase of 66.7% from the current price level.
